• There is a 24 hour supermarket within walking distance of campus and shopping centers are a short taxi ride away.Supermarkets located in Muharraq • Al Muntazah Market • Mega Market • Last Chance • Local grocery vendors • Cold stores • Lulu HypermarketSupermarkets out of Muharraq – 15-20 min. drive away• Lulu Hypermarket (Dana Mall Branch) • Geant- (Bahrain Mall) • Carrefour – (City Centre Mall)	A range of eating & ordering places are available in Busiateen and Muhurraq Popular places are listed below: • Adams take-away • Food court- close to airport avenue • Food Street – Muharraq (all major food chains including KFC, Al Abraj, McDonalds etc.) For students who wish to do their own cooking, grocery shopping is around 15 – 30 BD

Transport
Transport Locally	Transport Out of Buisateen
Between Buisateen and Muhurraq or anywhere within Muhurraq, taxi charges are usually 1 BD.	Out of Buisateen by Taxi: A round trip to City Centre Mall is approx: 4BDOne way to Bahrain Defense Hospital (where some students do their clinical) is approx: 5BD.

Drivers	Taxi Services
Drivers can also be hired however most of them do not offer fixed term transport.	• These are non metered taxis, but are very safe. • Car pooling is another thing students do. • Renting a car is between 150-170 BD a month.
