All visa applications including residence permit applications (student visas) are subject to the approval of the General Directorate of Nationality, Passports and Residence (GDNPR).
As per the Kingdom of Bahrain laws, RCSI Bahrain International students are required to apply for a residency permit (student visa) in order to study at RCSI Bahrain.
Students that do not hold a passport from one of the following GCC countries (Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait) are considered International students.
GCC passport holders will not require a residential permit (student visa) for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Students requiring a student visa, may process their applications through the Student Services Office however please note that RCSI Bahrain cannot guarantee the approval of visa applications as confirmation can only be granted by the immigration of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
