The Royal college of Surgeons in Ireland-Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain) is currently equipped with the best qualified academic and administration staff. Selection and employment of the faculty members is based merely on specific measures, standards and qualities that best fit the students’ interests and overall reputation of the University. 
The number of RCSI Bahrain staff will be continuously growing as the University expands over the next years. In the last three years alone the total number of staff has grown from ten in 2004 to over 65 full-time staff as of March 2009.
In addition to the full-time staff the University has a wealth of knowledge and experience to call on from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin. Several teaching visits were made by top academics from RCSI Dublin to RCSI Bahrain with many more planned for the current and coming academic years.
